Victech Timing Belts with Tracking Guide are designed to correctly guide the timing pulley rails. Made from thermoplastic polyurethane and reinforced with a high-strength steel wire core, these belts offer exceptional quality, high wear resistance, and reliable operation under heavy loads.
The integrated guide strip timing belt is molded to ensure precise alignment during operation. Its function is to prevent both longitudinal and lateral deviation, while the tooth surface guide strip aligns perfectly with the synchronous gear teeth. This design results in more accurate operation and a greater load-bearing capacity.
The timing belt with tracking guide features an all-in-one guide bar, formed together with the synchronous belt body mold. It includes a transverse groove that provides maximum flexibility in the belt’s turning radius.
The tooth surface can be customized according to customer requirements, and the belt can also be fitted with a back cover as needed.
